WPP Series
The WPP series is a multi-component, fast-drying, water-dispersion ink based on acrylic acid copolymers. It is specifically designed for printing on film materials such as OPP, BOPP, PP, and PE. Additionally, various types of paper and cardboard can be used as printable materials. Water can be used as a solvent.
Advantages:
Water-dispersion ink offers:
  • Excellent printing and technical properties: adhesion-cohesion characteristics, deformation resistance, elasticity of the ink layer on the printed surface, and a high degree of milling.
  • Outstanding optical properties: lightfastness, brightness, vibrancy, intensity, and high opacity.
  • Abrasion resistance.

Technical varnishes
Technical Varnishes TV FP and TV FL
Technical Varnish TV FP
Based on polyurethane/nitrocellulose, this varnish is used for mixing with pigment pastes and is suitable for preparing surface flexographic inks.
Key Features:
Acts as a base for ink preparation according to mixing formulas for both blending stations and manual mixing.
In cases of reduced paste ratios in the ink recipe, it is recommended to compensate with a brightening varnish for finished inks (FPP-04000).
Printable Materials: Polymer film materials based on polypropylene and its copolymers, such as oriented polypropylene (OPP) and biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP).
Technical Varnish TV FL
Based on polyurethane/nitrocellulose, this varnish is used for mixing with pigment pastes to achieve desired color properties and printing characteristics for lamination flexographic inks.
